Please be aware when ordering garments from the online store or lookbooks the garments may appear to be slightly different to those in the photos. This will not be regarded as a fault or reason to warrant a return. Fabrics may vary slightly compared to samples due our supplier's trim or fabric variations.
We use very special dye's and washing techniques to achieve our unique look. Deliberate fading, distressing and imperfections are standard practice at our workshop and part of the Ratbagg magic. Outside of this, faulty goods may be exchanged or credited upon our approval. We are more than happy to exchange for a different size if available in stock.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All claims must be advised to Ratbagg within 7 days of receiving the goods. (Email address)
Returns without prior notification won't be accepted. Returns are required to be sent within 7 days of notifying us, this also gives us the best chance of having your design in stock should it require replacement.
We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
We'll send your replacement to the delivery address on your account. All goods will be inspected on return, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly!
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Australian orders receive free postage over $70. International orders will incur a handling / shipping fee at the best available rate.
